We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or passwords through website forms. If you become a client, KYC documents are collected separately through the regulated processes of AMCs, registrars and KYC agencies.

Understand your goals and risk profile so we can explain suitable options
Keep in touch about your enquiry or investments, where you have asked us to

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep records for the periods required by SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI and anti-money-laundering rules. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

We share your data only:

With AMCs, insurers, registrars and KYC agencies when you choose to transact through us
When required by law, regulation, or an order of a court or authority

How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to authorised staff, password-protected systems, and regular updates to the website software.
